Web site upgrade II

Monday, August 28th, 2006

As part of NAMI’s ongoing system improvements, on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 29th and 30th, from 8 am to 9:30 am Eastern Daylight Time, the NAMI Web site and NAMI state and affiliate microsites will be offline for a hardware upgrade. During this time, these sites will be inaccessible or sporadically accessible.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause. This upgrade will ensure we are better able to accommodate the steadily growing traffic to these sites.

UPDATE: All work has been completed and service has been restored. If you experience any problems please contact the web site team at webteam@nami.org

Yesterday morning (8-15-2006) it was discovered that the webmembership computer had suffered a non-critical hardware failure. Once the replacement parts arrive, webmembership will be taken off-line again for installation. An announcement will be made of this time in a later message.

Please contact the webmembership team if you have further questions.
